Christmas Ziplock Blessings

Christmas Ziplock Blessing is a outreach where out church puts together a ziplock bag of fun items that are distributed to the children and special needs adults in the Baja Verataz region of Guatemala.   The youth group from the Guatemala Landing Zone share the items with kids in the the feeding program plus also provide them pacakges though how visits.  Last year a team of young people traveled by van then by boat to deliver the last HUGE box of ziplocks to Río Negro.  The kids there truly live in extreme poverty along the edge of the river there. 

This year the ladies sewing team here at Community Church are making bags with marbles in them.   others are collecting toys and school supplies.
