To God be the glory!
(you’ll want to read this…and celebrate!)

Community Church Family - 

It’s not every day we write a note like this.

Allow us to start by saying, “To God be the glory!”

This is not just a saying, it is not just a phrase… 

Rather, it is a reality.  

It is our goal and our desire in all that we do.

For all God has done, for all God is doing, and for all God will do…  

to Him be the glory.  Always.

On behalf of the leadership team at Community Church of Fish Creek, it is our privilege to communicate that Project 23/24 is now fully funded.  Yes, you read correctly!  Based on the estimated final costs, we have currently received funds from donations to pay for all of the improvements at 9420 Cottage Row (including the landscaping to be done this spring).  We will not need to borrow any funds whatsoever!  When we first started this process, we had no idea we would be in this position, but we have asked big things of our big God…and He has supplied.

“To God be the glory!”   

…for the excellence with which all of the work has been done

…for the provision of the necessary funds  (and the speed with which they have been given)

…for the unity within our construction / interior design / financial teams

…for the care we are taking as we are stewards of God’s property

…for the positive impact we are making in our community as we point people to Jesus

We thank you for all that has been invested in the past 18 months… in terms of prayer, time, and finances.  We are grateful for the vital part you played.

As we move forward, we know that normal, operating expenses will continue.  We also know that financially, certain increases will also take place due to a larger building…as well as increased use of the building.  And, we know that God will continue supplying!

In closing, we have asked for big things from our big God.  With Project 23/24, God has done big things, consistent with His character.

May Community Church of Fish Creek continue to be a lighthouse, a beacon, a witness.  May we continue developing Christ-centered disciples with the passion, commitment, and knowledge to impact the world for the cause of Jesus Christ.
