In memory or in honor of a loved one, would you like to reserve a

lily and/or tulip and/or hydrangea? These will be used to

decorate the front of the sanctuary from Palm Sunday through

Resurrection Sunday, at which point you can take it/them home.

Please fill out below and return the form (offering basket, an usher,

or mail to the church). A donation of $20 for tulips/lilies and $37

for hydrangeas is requested.
